We suggest that you lay each Cabochon on its associated Chakra and then proceed with your normal session. Because these oval Cabochons are flat on one side, it makes them perfect for subtle energy body work and for your energy sessions. You can also use them for your meditations by holding them or setting them around yourself as you meditate. Crystals and minerals are formed naturally, so the shape and size is always approximate.
